Fellow Flyers…….

 

I realize this is a very busy time of year and we are all trying to get the very last out of Summer……but……….please take a moment and read this and give it some serious thought………

 

This is to remind us again that.........

Richard and Debbie Benson have invited our group to fly to Monument, Oregon on September 13, 2008 to have a picnic at their second home.  They have offered to provide ground transportation to and from the airport.  There are other possible activities that one might want to do and they have been gracious enough to offer additional transportation so we might enjoy other things too.  There is a Motel there for those who might wish to spend the night (the cost is quite reasonable) and they will provide transportation back to the airport on Sunday.  

 

The exact plans are very much dependent upon the number of people who show up.

 

They have gone to considerable effort to plan this and have adjusted their busy lives to accommodate all of us.  I feel we as a group should have the courtesy to let them know how many of us plan to go. 

 

Please discuss this and let me know as soon as possible as to whether you feel you will be able to go or not…..please let me know either way.
